Established jewellery retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers worldwide are welcome to express interest. Every application is subject to review and business verification.

What commission will I pay?

Commission, fees and commercial terms will be discussed during review and confirmed in the partnership agreement before onboarding.

Do I need to hold physical inventory?

Tell us whether you hold physical stock and how you manage availability. Inventory requirements will be assessed as part of your application.

Who handles delivery and returns?

We ask about dispatch times, insured delivery and customer support to understand your capabilities. Responsibilities will be agreed before onboarding.

How do payments work?

Payment arrangements and settlement terms will be explained and agreed during the partnership process. No bank details are requested in this initial form.

Is city exclusivity guaranteed?

No. An exclusive city partnership is subject to availability, business verification, approval and a separate written agreement. Submitting an application does not reserve a city.
