Privacy & Cookie Notice

Essential form cookies
Normal browsing does not require a marketplace session. Choosing Enable Essential Cookies activates the A1JFORM cookie, which protects the enquiry form against forged requests and accidental duplicate submissions. We verify that your browser returns it before showing the form. It is Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and is a browser-session cookie. Server access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. You can decline and continue browsing, or remove the cookie in your browser; the form then remains unavailable until you activate it again.
This is activation of essential functionality, not permission for analytics or advertising. This site does not load Google Analytics through this activation. Choosing Continue Without Form Cookies saves only the non-tracking preference cookie a1j_essential_choice=declined for up to 180 days. It uses Secure and SameSite=Lax attributes and does not activate a PHP session or unlock the form. Deleting this preference cookie and refreshing shows the notice again, unless a verified form session is still active. Enabling form cookies removes the declined preference.
Enquiry and technical information
Your business, contact and application details are emailed to the A1J partnership team to assess your enquiry and respond. The administrative email also includes your IP address, full user agent (limited to 8,192 characters), approximate device/browser/operating system, UK submission date/time, reference, session verification status, and form page URL. Device information is inferred and may be inaccurate. We never email session identifiers, CSRF values or secrets.
Spam prevention and retention
We permit one successful enquiry per IP address and per normalised email address each UK calendar day (Europe/London). Shared networks may share an allowance. Private security records contain keyed hashes rather than raw IPs/emails, the date, reference and an opaque submission hash. Records from earlier UK days and request counters older than 15 minutes are removed during the next security operation or scheduled cleanup. Expired session files are removed by PHP garbage collection and scheduled cleanup. No enquiry answers are saved to an application database or security files.
Enquiries and their technical information remain in the partnership mailbox while needed for review and follow-up. You may contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion. The partnership team must apply its agreed mailbox retention schedule; security-file cleanup does not delete emails. Standard web-server access logs may also record requests under the hosting operator's logging policy.
Email delivery
Applications are sent to our partnership team using Google Workspace/Gmail.
